With its 90 hectares of land, the company realises, each month, 100 tonnes of high-quality product (as the GLOBALG.A.P certification proves) which is then distributed all over the country, as well as in Holland and in the United States.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #f44611;\">THE REQUEST<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>The customer reached REV driven by the need of automating the garlic packaging process, which up to that moment was carried out manually only, with great expense of energy and money.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #f44611;\">OUR SOLUTION<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>In order to satisfy the client\u2019s demand, REV created a complete packaging line made of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.revsrl.com\/en\/portfolio\/series-ultra-delicate-weigher\/\" rel=\"noopener\">A12<\/a> <span style=\"color: #000000;\">weigher<\/span><\/strong>, extremely <span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>easy to use,<\/strong><\/span> <span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>precise, gentle and reliable<\/strong><\/span>.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.revsrl.com\/en\/portfolio\/tiger-vertical-packing-machine-with-thermosealing\/\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Tiger<\/strong><\/a><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong> automatic netting machine<\/strong><\/span>, the only one capable of realising, with loose products, monomaterial (with no metal clip) T-Pack packages in line, much cheaper with respect to any other similar type on the market. Tiger ensured the customer <span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>high production continuity <\/strong><\/span>and <strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">minimum material wast<\/span>e<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.revsrl.com\/en\/portfolio\/genius-automatic-net-loader\/\" rel=\"noopener\">Genius<\/a> <span style=\"color: #000000;\">automatic net loader<\/span><\/strong>, combined with Tiger. The machine allows to completely eliminate down time and any action of the operator in charge of the tube filling which, by positioning the tube and pressing a single button, starts the automatic cycle of the winder that will independently perform filling, collecting much more net with respect to traditional devices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #f44611;\">BENEFITS<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Thanks to REV\u2019s packaging line, the client <strong>reduced labour of more than 65%<\/strong> and, at the same time, <strong>tripled the daily production<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Dupi also managed to obtain a great <strong>saving on the materials<\/strong>, since Tiger netting machine guarantees minimum waste of the
