F16-TC

F16-TC is a high-productivity system made of three machines (fruit counter, denester and filler), suitable for filling punnets according to a pre-set number of fruits.
The standard version is composed by 3 independent channels and is equipped with a supplementary device for supervising the fruit counting, in order to guarantee a high speed with no margin of error. Each channel is equipped with its own motor and its own inverter for adjusting the speed by means of an electronic controller.
The fruits are transported by specifically moulded soft-rubber rollers which, advancing, simultaneously rotate on themselves, causing the rotation of the products therein contained too.
The fruit-transport and -outfeed system has been projected for minimising impacts in favour of great gentleness in treating the product.
