• Machine for checking the weight in dynamic mode, that is to say that the products advance on a conveyor belt and are weighed while moving. The computer detects, according to the parameters set by the operator, whether the objects comply with the weight range desired and those out of tolerance are diverted (if the optional diverter is equipped), differentiating, if need be, underweight and overweight.
• Solid and robust structure combining aesthetics and ergonomics: the machine is built with state-of-the-art electronic and mechanical components. The scale conveyors are self-centring and can be removed in seconds without the use of tools. Every part is easily accessible for maintenance and cleaning, without compromising operator safety.
• Brushless motor which not only allows operation at different speeds depending on the line and the product, but also ensures maximum quietness and long-term reliability.
• Diverting device separated from the weighing unit, for avoiding harmful vibrations on the scale. This ensures the maximum precision possible for the weight detection.
