CLOSING MACHINE FOR CARDBOARD TRAYS WITH WINGS 

• Automatic machine for closing trays in cardboard (and more) with side wings, asymmetrical too, by means of hot glue.
• It is the fastest machine on the market, thus, it is particularly indicated for high-productivity lines.
• It changes format in less than 2 minutes. It is indeed equipped with 3 indexing knobs for the main variations according to the width and height of the tray; all the rest is settable from the touch-screen panel.
• Intended for all packaging lines, both automated and manual-loading.
• It realises sustainable and eco-friendly monomaterial packages.
• It realises packages extremely tight to the product, thanks to the fact that during the production there are no mechanical guides inside the tray. This solution ensures no damage to the product and allows to fully use the height of the container during the filling, avoiding empty spaces inside the package.
• It works wrap trays, in which the product, taller than the container, is enveloped by the side wings and held by them with maximum care, for avoiding impacts during the transport.
• It works flat trays, in which the product is positioned under the tray border. The side wings form a flat closure of the container upper part.
• It is suitable for working delicate products, in line or not.
• It works with trays in cardboard, both flat and corrugated (and, possibly, in other materials). The containers can be die-cut and printed as desired, in order to achieve the best customisation possible and the maximum visibility of the product.
• It applies an adhesive label on the bottom or upper part of the tray (if equipped with optional labeller).
• Easily programmable with various recipes.
