S-Clip

S-Clip is a simple and solid machine for manually closing different-product packages by means of tubular net and a metal clip.
The product to be packaged has to be loaded on the net tube (if any) and, with a simple move, the device applies the clip and simultaneously cuts the net; the machine is thus ready for the following cycle.
S-Clip can be equipped with a device for attaching wineglass labels and an electronic printer, for indicating on the label all necessary information (bar code, production lot, etc.). Moreover, it is possible to add to the package a tape functioning as handle and to the machine a net tube.
S-Clip is provided with an electrical panel with alarm management through PLC. The clipping-head motor is controllable by means of an inverter (as in all most advanced automatic netting machines) and is activatble through a lever with safety lock for avoiding clippings on repeat.
